OMG! People need to realize that Elena has ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL over these things. If she had it her way, none of these things would be happening. It’s NOT her fault that she’s a doppelganger and being one comes with consequences. I don’t blame Elena for Abby being a vampire, I don’t blame her at all. Because had she known that Damon was going to turn Abby, you really think Elena would just step aside? Heck NO! Stefan & Damon didn’t have any other choice either. Elijah threaten to kill Elena, and both brothers LOVE her… I mean, “doesn’t it always come down to the love of a women”?
